Rotary Club of Westminster East
Westminster lies on the north bank of the River Thames and is famous for its historic and prestigious landmarks and visitor attractions, including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament.
The Rotary Club of Westminster East provides an opportunity to be involved in this vibrant borough, support the local community and network with a wide range of business professionals.
The Club has its foundation on a weekly meeting which includes a two-course dinner and a guest speaker. Additionally, there are other event-based meetings and activities which enable members to learn more about Westminster, its history and community.
Our aim is to:
- build friendships among business and professional persons who share an interest in Westminster and who have a global outlook
- enrich and educate members through a stimulating speakers programme which incorporates topics of local, national and international interest
- support local community groups and voluntary organisations through direct giving and philanthropic action
- widen the understanding of Rotary and its worldwide programme of opportunities
- foster and facilitate friendships between Rotary clubs in London, the UK and throughout the world.
